YES... Apple should be charged with Crimes for this shit-  We bought it by choice, but my wallet is Raped by this very imperfect Technology.  I have unlimited package like I said... but my bill is still $1000 a month and I try NOt to talk on it- I hate it.   They should be Paying Me for their BS R&D... not me paying them.
