Not easy to use, cant transfer files onto it and view them easily, pdf, powerpoint, word documents. All this is prohibited or you have to go your way around. The phone is complicated. Not easy to use at all and it is expensive to have, everything that should be on it you have to buy via iTunes. So lame the way the phone works.
